Addictive but too many issues

I first loaded this game that was great for a while. But once I got pass the first big boss (the man in white suit-leader of the grey wolfs). The reason I rate it so low. Had to delete and reinstall which meant I start from the beginning again. Soooooo frustrated! Especially since I spent a few dollars on equipment!
